Crissy Fiscus

Crissy has a distinguished 30-year career in strategic financial management, leadership development, operational efficiency, scaling businesses and fostering sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Performance Construction Advisors, Crissy was the CFO of a Dental Service Organization (DSO) which she helped grow from 20 locations to over 135 in multiple states. On her watch, the firm's revenue grew almost 10 times. She was responsible for scaling the operations and creating financial systems and teams to support the rapidly growing business. Prior to that, Crissy was a partner at Dean, Dorton, Allen, Ford PSC which is a regional accounting firm headquartered in Lexington, KY. She served on the firm's board of directors and was the leader of its construction practice. 

Crissy's strengths are strategic planning, growth strategies, leadership development, team development, scaling businesses and utilizing financial data to align strategies to deliver measurable success. 

Crissy is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Exit Planning Advisor and a Certified Value Growth Advisor. She's the past president of her local CFMA chapter. She has a Master of Science in Accounting earned at the University of Kentucky. 

When she's not working, Crissy and her husband enjoy traveling to visit their son at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina and their daughter at the University of South Carolina.
