Bill Egger is an experienced business leader, accomplished facilitator, and strategic thinker. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing and consulting.
Upon earning an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Bill joined Moog, Inc., rising to the level of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development for the $3 billion manufacturing company.
Following Moog, he moved to Tennessee to turn around a struggling engineering and manufacturing company where he served as President and CEO and succeeded in ramping up sales greater than 25% per year.
He then moved on to join his family-owned construction business, EBCO General Contractor in Texas, as the Chief Administrative Officer. There, he directed strategic planning and diversified the company’s markets. By the end of his tenure, EBCO earned 85%-90% of its work via negotiation and had reduced employee turnover by 33% while simultaneously increasing cultural alignment.
Bill then did a stint consulting with our friendly competitor FMI where he taught leadership, team dynamics and succession planning.
Bill’s expertise lies in strategic planning, succession planning, facilitating groups for impact, optimizing organizations for alignment, leadership development, and delivering measurable results. He is a Certified Succession SolutionSM Advisor, a Predictive Index Practitioner and a Judgement IndexTM Advisor.
Bill is married and lives in Tennessee where, when he is not working, he enjoys running, reading and traveling.
