Guiding Your Success, Ensuring Your Legacy
How can we help?
How can we help?
Performance Construction Advisors (PCA) is a business consulting and leadership development firm that works exclusively with the construction industry. We help construction company CEOs accelerate growth through our CEO Performance Roundtables — small peer groups of non-competing construction executives who meet twice per year to share benchmarks and hold each other accountable. We develop the next generation of construction leaders through the Contractor Business Boot Camp — a two-year, classroom-based training program covering 8 courses from financial management to strategic planning. And for complex business challenges, we offer 1-on-1 consulting in strategic planning, succession planning, executive coaching, organizational governance and conflict resolution. With more than 35 years serving the construction industry and a team of advisors who have worked inside construction businesses, we deliver industry-specific guidance that generalist consultants cannot.

Brexton volunteered to host the first meeting in October 2015 after several months of data collecting and benchmarking. In early December 2015 we had a follow up strategic planning session with PCA's John Mayes and the results were phenomenal for my team and myself. The entire PCA staff have been incredibly responsive and exhibits professional excellence in all aspects of their service."

PCA’s Performance Roundtable has been one of the most valuable business experiences I’ve had. I’ve grown as an individual, as a leader, and I’ve certainly been able to bring the benefits of the roundtable home and make valuable changes to our business."

Estes Construction, CEO Performance Roundtables
The Contractor Business Boot Camp helped me understand some of the leadership and management challenges that get overlooked on a daily basis. Peer to peer discussions and interactions throughout the event provided valuable knowledge that is tough to find in this industry."
Eric Helitzer
GRYCON, Contractor Business Boot Camp
I found the Boot Camp to be extremely valuable in understanding the concept of providing LEADERSHIP rather than MANAGEMENT of associates. The important quote I took away is 'Lead People, Manage Things."
