The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) produced its Small Business Optimism Index – did you know they’ve been reporting on this since 1973? – in Dec. 2024, and it is quite encouraging! The survey reveals some of its most positive views since 1983, in fact!

Please tune in this week as Wayne reviews the poll results and discusses two drags on small business economic optimism, notes that wage pressure might finally be easing, and considers how this news might be of particular use to contractors. What’s your reaction? Do you see better times ahead? Can the commercial construction bull run continue even longer? Please email your thoughts on the matter to Wayne at [email protected]

We are down to the last few seats for the upcoming class of Contractor Business Boot Camp. If you haven't yet enrolled your rising high potential leaders to this unique career development program, do it NOW! The class starts on March 12, 2025 in Dallas, TX. This is the best investment you will make towards their leadership future. Give them the opportunity to learn the skills needed to focus ON their business rather than IN their business.
