PCA’s Doug McCright and Wayne were visiting with a very successful mechanical contractor who surprised them with a question no one else had asked Doug in his 12 years as a consultant. Before PCA, Doug had worked for several enterprises and scaled them over a period of years. Without going into too much detail, let’s just say he left them in much better condition that he found them. The surprise question was: “How did you exit the companies YOU Built, Doug?” Did Doug have an answer? You bet he did!

Please tune in this week and Wayne will relate Doug’s four components to building a company and a team that will allow you to leave your company in better condition than you found it. What’s your experience? If someone asked you that question, how would you answer them? Please share with us in the comments.
