Please tune in this week as Wayne tells his somewhat humiliating story and gives you the Performance Construction Advisors’ version of what contractor succession planning is and the five critical components that separate excellent succession plans from poor ones. What do you think? Did he leave anything out? Please share with us in the comments.

The next class of Contractor Business Boot Camp begins in Raleigh in two weeks. If you haven’t yet enrolled your rising leaders to this one-of-a-kind leadership development program, do it NOW!
