You better believe that we at FBI have seen hundreds of contractor “business plans” over the years. A few (a pitiful few) have been well done, but most have been real stinkers! Some contractors even paid over six figures for plans that were pretty much useless for rallying the troops and driving businesses forward!

Please tune in this week as Wayne relates the most common “imposter characteristics” so you can avoid making the same mistakes. What works well for you? What tips can you share for making business plans inspiring, actionable, and meaningful to all employees? Please share with us in the comments.

2023 Boot Camp cities and dates are now available! The Contractor Business Boot Camp will take place in Dallas on May 11-12, Denver on August 10-11, Toronto on October 5-6 and Raleigh on November 9-10. Please contact Charlotte at [email protected] for more information.
